Continuing education helps bring new technologies and best-in-class standards to our experienced and professional staff. In 2019, we offered 35 different classes -- offering a wealth of information on a wide variety of topics. These classes totaled over 640 training hours. In addition, every employee has the opportunity to get BPI Certified (Building Performance Institute), a nationally recognized certification that focuses on the house as a system approach in relation to energy efficiency.
